1. About the Darul Ifta of Jamat Ahle Sunnat Karnataka

The Darul Ifta of JASK is an authoritative theological council consisting of accredited Muftis and senior Islamic jurists trained in classical Hanafi jurisprudence. The board provides authoritative, balanced, and research-backed answers to personal, family, financial, and contemporary queries faced by Muslims living in Karnataka and across the globe.

Every fatwa issued is strictly vetted against the primary sources of Shariat: the Holy Quran, Sahih Sunnah, Ijma (consensus), Qiyas (analogy), and the canonical treatises of Hanafi fiqh including Radd-ul-Muhtar (Fatawa Shami), Al-Hidayah, Fatawa Alamgiri (Hindiyyah), and the encyclopedic research of Aala Hazrat in Fatawa Razawiyyah and Sadrush Shariah in Bahar-e-Shariat.
