The Doctrinal Creed (Aqaid) and Mission of Jamat E Ahle Sunnat Karnataka
Firmly anchored in the theological paradigm of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah, Maturidi-Ash’ari kalam, Hanafi fiqh, and authentic Sufi spiritual orders.
1. Core Doctrinal Beliefs (Usul al-Aqaid)
Jamat Ahle Sunnat Karnataka holds unshakeable conviction in the established creed of Islam as transmitted by the Salaf-us-Saliheen:
Aqeeda-e-Tawheed (Divine Oneness)
Belief in Allah as the Sole Creator, Sustainer, and Deity without partner, physical form, or spatial confinement. Rejecting both anthropomorphism (Tajseem) and negationism (Ta’teel).
Aqeeda-e-Risalat & Khatm-e-Nabuwwat
Belief that Sayyiduna Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ is the Supreme Creation, Beloved of Allah, Shafi-ul-Muznibeen, and the Absolute Final Messenger (Khatam-un-Nabiyyeen). Anyone claiming prophethood after him is a liar and outside the fold of Islam.
Tawassul & Shafa’at (Intercession & Means)
Belief that seeking the intercession of the Holy Prophet ﷺ and the Awliya of Allah (Tawassul) is explicitly sanctioned in Quran and Sahih Hadith, representing the essence of divine veneration.
Azmat-e-Sahaba & Ahl-e-Bait
Revering all Sahaba-e-Kiram as just guides and stars of guidance, with the order of excellence following Hazrat Abu Bakr, Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Usman, and Hazrat Ali (R.A.). Loving the Holy Prophet’s Ahl-e-Bait is an indispensable condition of faith.
Tasawwuf & Karamat-e-Awliya
Belief in the spiritual mastery and miracles (Karamat) of the Friends of Allah (Awliyaullah). Visiting their shrines (Ziyarat-e-Quboor) and sending rewards (Isal-e-Sawab / Fatiha) is meritorious and established in the Sunnah.
